The evolution has begun...
From its humble beginnings in a room within the uShaka Sea World aquarium, Dangerous Creatures has now evolved into a permanent exhibit within the retail Village Walk. The new exhibit has not only moved, but it has grown in size and number of exhibits. Numerous new animals and exhibits have been added, and the old favourites like the Western Diamond Backed Rattlers have been retained! New additions include, amongst others, one of the tiniest Rattlers in the world, the Massassauga Rattlesnake, as well as the longest venomous snake in the world, the incredible King Cobra.

We have also not only expanded our snake collection, we have new frogs, lizards and spiders too! Over the next few months we will be bringing out some of our new additions that are still too small to show you, like the Vietnamese Suntiger Tarantula, but in the meantime we have loads more for you to learn about.

Our focus has shifted slightly, as indicated by our new slogan, "From Fear To Fascination", replacing "Feel The Fear!" We aim to take you on a journey from a point of fear to a point of fascination and interest in the stranger and less understood "Dangerous Creatures" that inhabit the world we live in.

Your journey will be an experience that will stay with you for years to come, and hopefully leave you fascinated and enlightened.
